Joe Palmore
CEO
Joe Palmore has been the Chief Executive Officer of ISC since 1988. He
has developed ISC from a modest company that serviced 150 customers in the
D.C. area to what is now the leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company
in the world. Joe is a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran, with his
masters in public administration.
Monika
Quigley
President
Corporate Services
Monika is President of ISC Corporate Services. Monika has more than
25 years experience in business development and information technology.
She joined ISC in June 2004 after serving 15 years at the World Bank and
Development Gateway as Head of Technology. Prior to that, Monika founded
a software consulting company, DSS Inc., where she consulted with organizations
such the IMF and U.S. Department of Education to implement global information
and knowledge systems. Monika has her masters degree in computer science.
She brings to the ISC a strong background in growing enterprises with emphasis
on relationship management and performance measurement.

Leo Victor Perez
Principal General Manager
Victor Perez has been Principal General Manager for ISC the
past 17 years. Victor
holds numerous certifications in advanced kitchen exhaust cleaning,
and has personally trained and developed well over 40 full-times
ISC crews. Victor
is the authorized kitchen exhaust specialist for the Pentagon and
other U.S. Government institutions.

Dall Thomas
Vice President of Engineering and Quality Control
Dall has spent more than 27 years in engineering and service management. He has numerous certifications in HVAC, engineering, electronics, heavy equipment, and kitchen mechanicals. Most recently he was President and owner of ISC of Virginia Beach where he opened and developed the office into a highly successful operation within eighteen months of opening. Prior to that, he was Director of Engineering for a major hotel chain restaurant chain – the Hilton Group.
