Michael Scheer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Raised in Maryland, Michael has lived in Los Angeles since 1998. Michael is IICRC certified as a Carpet Cleaning Technician using the steam extraction method and has worked in the Feature Film and Fitness industries for the past eleven years. Through his extensive management and customer service experience, Michael understands the importance of maintaining customer communication and providing quality service. Dick brings to ISC more than 25 years experience in the High Tech Service Industry as a Telecommunications Manager and a BS Degree from the University of Maryland. He has most recently been an entrepeneur for the past 6 years and currently owns and operates a floor refinishing business specializing in tile, marble, stone and carpet. Dick is married with a daughter, a 2007 graduate of the University of Arizona. He looks forward to bringing his service experience to Greasebuster Customers/Partners. Jason has 22 years of experience in food service management, primarily with full service chain restaurants. He most recently worked for Outback Steakhouse for 9 years and reached the level of Managing Partner before joining ISC. He also served as a General Manager for Olive Garden and Vie de France and held a management position with TGI Friday's. He has a degree from the University of Maryland.
In addition to servicing ISC customer throughout Delaware and Southern New Jersey, Jason is the Director of Training for ISC Corporate.

Jim grew up in Kearny, New Jersey near Newark and at the shore in Sea Bright near Sandy Hook. He has spent many years working in the restaurant industry, both operations and management roles. Jim is a graduate of Florida Southern College in Lakeland, and Rollins College in Winter Park Florida majoring in Economics and Finance. His professional background includes business finance and mortgage banking. Most recently, he has spent the past 15 years as an entrepreneur in produce and meat wholesale and distributor. Jim is married to Ytonna and has a 13 year old son, Aidan Michael. He lives in Lake Worth Florida and is very exciting about joining the Industrial Steam Cleaning team of GreaseBusters!

Dick Giddings has a MS in physics and was retired (temporarily) after a 40 year career in technical project and operations management, the longest stints with Pfizer and Sprint. He worked on the development of the first CAT scanners at Pfizer and data communications during the evolution of the internet at Sprint. In between he served a year as Assistant to the Chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Dick and his wife Chris now live in Chestertown, MD where Dick is involved with the Community Food Pantry, the Washington College's continuing education program; and Chris is involved with everything. ISC keeps us out of trouble and Chris's Visa card solvent.
