Is it wise for me to go into a business that I know very little about?

Our extensive training program is designed to teach you all facets of the business and give you a step-by-step operating plan. The most important prerequisite is a strong desire to provide your customers with outstanding service. You should enjoy dealing with people, both customers and employees and making decisions.

Who sets the prices for my products and services?

We will provide you with a complete recommended pricing system based upon our research of your market and our experience. In addition, we are available by toll free phone for consultation on large or special project estimates for as long as you own this business (800 225-0582). However, the final service price decisions are yours.

How many employees will I need?

Initially, you will need to hire only a 2-man cleaning crew. As your business grows, you will need additional crews (e.g. for every 100 restaurant clients you serve, you will need on average a full-time 2-man crew). For a nominal fee, ISC headquarters will provide ongoing office support (i.e. accounting, invoicing, collections).

How much money can I make in this business?

Our experience shows this business delivers a 45% net profit. While we cannot make earning predictions or predict what may happen in the future, we can say there are people like your self who have taken control of their own destiny by obtaining an ISC ownership and have done very well. Your success primarily depends on your own efforts and your willingness to follow the proven ISC operating system – which is a major reason for the success of our ownerships. THE POTENTIAL FOR PROFIT IS AS LARGE AS YOUR AMBITION.

What about advertising?

ISC has many nation-wide clients. All local accounts and contacts within an owners territory will be made available to the owner to pursue these accounts. In addition, ISC has a direct mail program and marketing materials that will be made available to all ownerships.

Can I get financing? How do I know if I qualify financially?

Upon receipt of a completed qualification form, it will be reviewed by our partner financial institution. They will advise you as how your financial capability fits within their guidelines. 

What do I receive for my Ownership fee?

You receive the knowledge, expertise, and training of over 30 years of steam cleaning service. In addition, you will receive a complete start-up package which include equipment, training, toll-free operations and training manuals, pre-opening assistance, and ongoing toll-free support. Remember, your success is our success.

How much is the Ownership fee for an ISC Ownership?

The only fee involved is a one-time fee of $65,000 to purchase your complete turnkey business.

What is the total investment required?

As described above, the total investment to own your own ISC ownership is for the purchase of the territory and start-up package. The only obligation by our owners is to purchase our patented chemical “GreaseBeast!” and our plastic at substantially reduced rates from ISC Corporate.

Can I purchase a Ownership for more than one location?

Yes. A separate ownership agreement will be assigned for each geographic territory.

What does the Ownership fee cover?

It secures the right to own and operate an Industrial Steam Cleaning ownership territory, and the use of ISC’s World trade name, trademarks, chemical, plastic, and manner of doing business. It also includes a full start-up package including chemical, plastic, steam cleaning equipment and training.

Where do I get the equipment?

The equipment and startup package will be delivered to you upon signing of the ISC ownership contract.

May I sell my Ownership rights?

Yes. Refer to the document labeled “LICENSE GRANT-SUB DEALERSHIP RIGHT” in your Ownership package.
