ISC is in demand and growing quickly. In 1971, ISC entered the Steam Cleaning business with a mission to deliver outstanding value and service to its customers. Today, thanks to the careful execution of its mission, we are one of the largest kitchen exhaust cleaning companies in the U.S.

Our ownership concept is unique. We are not a Franchise. Many franchise and ownership programs require a start up cost ranging from $100K to over $1 million (plus extensive training and years of experience in the industry), and take a percentage of your gross profit. We do NOT! An ISC ownership is quite affordable - you can own an ownership for a total one-time purchase fee of less than $65,000.

We will guide you through the entire process, providing the tools and expertise necessary for you to run your successful business including initial supplies, training, toll-free help-line, operating procedures and manuals, and marketing and advertising programs.
